Case Study: New Build Apartments in Selby

New build 24 apartment block, a mix of one and two bedroomed flats
constructed over a 12 months period traditional construction block with a
render finish and marley weather cladding at high level, Truss roof with a
zinc finish, An internal lift was specified by the client and complimented
by glass and stainless steel stair finishes in the communal areas.

Individual flats all had balconies accessed from patio doors each property
also had designated parking in the landscaped grounds.
